THE MADDOCKS DIFFERENCE

A More Personal
Way to Build.

Building or remodeling your home is a big investment. You should know who is doing the work.

With Maddocks Construction, you work directly with Todd Maddocks throughout your project. Todd has been in construction since 1994 and brings decades of hands-on experience to every home, remodel, and project he takes on.

There’s no big company handoff and no disappearing after the contract is signed. Todd stays involved from the beginning of the project through the final details.

EXPERIENCE THAT SHOWS

Building Since 1994.

Todd Maddocks has spent more than three decades working in construction. That experience matters. It means understanding how a home goes together, knowing how to solve problems when they come up, and paying attention to the details that can make the difference between a project that simply looks good and one that is built to last.

OUR WORK

Open-concept modern kitchen with an island, black cabinets, pendant lighting, and a view into a living area with a fireplace and white rug.

Every home is different. Every homeowner is different. Our goal isn’t simply to finish a construction project. It’s to create a home or space that works better for the people who use it every day.
